FAQs

How quickly will someone respond?

We respond as quickly as possible typically within 4 business hours. If your message is time-sensitive, calling is often the fastest way to reach the team.

Can we start with a small pilot?

Yes. Many facilities choose to start with a small pilot (often 2–3 residents) to see how the workflow fits your building before expanding. We’ll align on goals up front, keep the process simple for staff, and review what’s working (and what to adjust) before scaling.

Do residents have to switch pharmacies?

Often, we find that the best option for patients and facilities is switching pharmacies. We will talk through your facility’s current setup and the best path forward based on what you’re trying to solve (refill delays, packaging needs, medication coordination, communication gaps, etc.), and work with you to make the transition smooth and facility-friendly.

How are medication changes and refills coordinated?

Medication updates and refills are handled through a coordinated process designed to reduce handoffs and confusion. When changes are needed, our teams work together to:

- confirm the updated medication plan,

- coordinate dispensing/packaging as applicable,

- and communicate clearly with the facility so staff know what to expect and when.

The goal is simple: fewer delays, fewer follow-ups, and cleaner medication management.

Who does our team contact day-to-day?

You’ll have clear, consistent points of contact so your staff aren’t stuck guessing who to call. Day-to-day communication typically routes through:

- Pharmacy support for refills, packaging, and medication questions

- Clinical support for care coordination and provider-related needs

What facility types do you support?

We partner with:

- Senior Living

- Assisted Living

- Memory Care

- IDD facilities
